Typically engaged from the feasibility stage, Owner's Engineers (OEs) help customers develop budgets, scopes, sites, equipment selections, and realistic schedules. As the project advances, we help you with early design, selecting a delivery model, and creating RFP packages for the engineer of record and contractor(s) who will execute the capital project.
Our mutual role and goal are to be your critical partner every step of the way—helping with cost control, schedule maintenance, design reviews, construction oversight, punch list supervision, and commissioning execution or oversight.
